Are there any ferries that travel between GBI and other islands?

There are ferries that go to places in and around Grand Bahama, and there are ferries that go from Florida to Grand Bahama.
Best bet to island hop, from GB, is to get to Abaco where you have more choices to get to other islands.
The ferry that goes from Grand Bahama to Abaco is at McClean's Town. It is called Pinder's Ferry. It departs McClean's Town daily at 8:30 am and 4:30 pm and goes to Crown Haven in the Abacos.
It leaves Crown Haven for McClean's Town daily at 7:00 am and 2:30 pm. It takes about 1 hour and the cost is $40 one way or $80 round trip for adults and $20/$40 for children.
Crown Haven is a good distance from Treasure Cay or Marsh Harbour. Taxis are fairly expensive. From Crown Haven to Treasure Cay airport is $85 one way. A rental car would probably be the best as far as cost and then you could go where you want.
