Bed and Breakfast Lodging in downtown Nassau?
Hello, we are planning our first trip to the Bahamas this December, and instead of staying in an impersonal hotel or casino monstrosity, would rather find a quiet bed and breakfast or private hotel near or in the city center. Comfort Suites - Paradise Island

Bay View Village - Paradise Island
Vacation rentals offer the excitement of Paradise Island without the bustle of the big resorts.
British Colonial Hilton - Nassau
Small, intimate hotel with an excellent location in the heart of downtown Nassau. Has it's own private beach on Nassau harbour. Walking distance to historic sites, duty-free shopping and Nassau's Straw Market.
Nettie's Place - Casuarinas
Small hotel located on Cable Beach (Nassau) with access to the best beach on New Providence Island. Very inexpensive, no-frills hotel with excellent service and down-home hospitality.
There is also an excellent B&B called Dillet's Guest House just outside downtown Nassau.
