Hello.

We have had a time share at west wind 2 for 9 years and love it! We bought a pair of GMRS 2 way walkie talkies that my husband and I use a lot when traveling to stay in touch. The sales man told us that as long as they are GMRS and only go to our own radio's, they are legal in other countries vs. using different frequencies. Is this correct with Nassau? I would hate to pack them and be wrong. See you in 3 weeks

Yes, GMRS 2 way walkie talkies are legal here. Film production crews use them all the time when shooting on location in the Bahamas.
