There will be vendors all over the beaches and town trying to rent their jet skis and scooters. Be ready to bargain with them because they immediately want 50$ for like 10 minutes which is a complete joke. I am unsure about the scooters but I saw one guy teaching a person how to use it and then proceed to ask for a tip 3 times until he got it. Good luck. I would be very careful about renting the scooters. My husband and I rented one and after being on it for 15 minutes, we witnessed a terrible accident as a woman's scooter hit a bumpy patch in the road and she flew off of it onto the curve. Her leg was partially severed. I held her hand while the paramedics arrived. My husband and I immediately returned our scooter after witnessing this accident and the scooter company refused to refund us money. The scooter company takes cash and makes you sign a contract. We got our $20 deposit back. If you do not know how to ride a scooter, please be careful. If you insist on renting one, drive slow, bring knee pads because they only offer helmets. After what I saw, it pretty much ruined our morning and we returned to the ship. We love Royal Carribean Cruise Lines and the warm and caring staff there.
