Contact the Ministry of Education.

Ordinarily, experienced teachers are needed and welcome, but I'm not sure about someone just starting out. Perhaps the outisland have openings for less experienced staff.

Any job must be offered to a qualified bahamian first. If you are offered a job, your employer must get you a work permit (this sometimes takes months and cost thousands of dollars). The permit is for a specific period of time, and then you are repatriated back to your own country.
