We'll be staying at Ocean Club on Paradise Island and would appreciate any suggestions for reasonably priced breakfast close by (buffets ok). Also, are jackets required for gentlemen at most restaurants at Ocean Club/Atlantis? Thank you for any response.

News Cafe in hurricane hole on paradise Island is very good, lots of selection and reasonably price, great coffee and capuchinno as well,
I believe the Dune requires jackets and a couple of the Atlantis restaurants, It is a good idea to bring one. Dune is great

URGENT; we are suppose to leave from norfolk to georgia and then to the bahamas.., we have everything but my birt-certificate. I do have a notification of birth registration paper..., will that do? If that will not do what should we do to get things ready by the 27th

I am not exactly sure what a "notification of birth registration" is. However, if you are a US citizen, coming to the Bahamas from the US, it may be sufficient if accompanied by your social security card, your driver's license and another piece of photo ID. It would also help to have the birth registration notorised.

For a more exact and professional answer you could visit, or contact, one of the Bahamas Consulate General offices in the US.

BTW - What does this have to do with "Good Places for Breakfast on Paradise Island"? :)
