Baha Mar Management Changes?
Does anyone know what changes (good or bad) will occur (or has occurred) by the new Mar management take-over of the Radisson Cable Beach Resort? I am fearful that the hospitality, charm and employees that I have experienced over the years at the Radisson may be adversely affected. The Baha Mar people are only going to raise the bar. They realise that the management and staff are paramount to the success of their billion dollar investment.
IMHO the Baha Mar group has some pretty sharp cookies and they seem to be fairly well organised. They would have to be to pull off what they did.
I think people will be amazed at how well they play on the strengths, and correct the weaknesses, of the hotel portfolio they purchased.
