A couple of years ago my daughter inquired about having her wedding at the gazebo at the Cloisters and was told that it is owned by the Ocean Club and it was available for a grand sum of $3000 ( could have been more ) and that was just to use it for the ceremony and picture taking and that was all.To get exact details I would get in touch with the Ocean Club I'm sure they must have a web site. Hope this helps.
