After reading these reviews, I expected a 3 star hotel-nothing more. That was not the case. The pool was so filthy that you could not see the bottom, and there was stuff floating on top all the time! The floors in the buffet room and the woohoo bar were so greasy that people slipped and fell.

Two of the three elevators were broken, many people reported dropping a few floors and or opening above/below the floor line. We heard the elevator alarms constantly. Finally they decided to shut them off, after 2 days of mishaps. The one good elevator leaked when it rained at night. The entire hotel smells of mold/mildew. The electricity went out in our room and the fire alarm went off in the buffet room.

The staff was friendly and tried to accomodate, and many showed tremendous pride in their work, but the lack of proper maintenence and management was obvious. Most everyone we spoke to had some sort of problem with something. I cannot believe that this hotel is allowed to stay open! Be warned....

My kids and their friends stayed there for Spring Break last year and they loved it. But Spring Breakers usually have a bit lower expectations than familes.
