Are there internet cafes in Freeport or any particular hotel or coffee shop that offers internet access? Also, is it better to carry cash or traveler's checks?

Most of the larger hotels (and some smaller ones) have Internet access for guests, either in the room or in a specially designated area.

There are a few cyber-cafes in the main tourist areas, as well.

When I travel with more money than I can afford to lose, I carry travelers checks.
