My family of 6 two parents ( 4 kids ages 22-17)are looking to go to the bahamas... ar ethere any suggestions as to what hotel would be able to accomadate us the best? we realize that we probably will need two rooms... we looked at the riu? hotel and really like that and the fact that it is all inclusive... but we do not know. We've never been to the bahamas and we also want to make sure that there will be things for us to do. What are the best activities to do besides the beach?? thank you!

The Atlantis Harborside Resort is ideal. The resort is more of a condo type set up, with a full kitchen which is fantastic. My family loves being able to cook instead of always eating out. I own there, so if you are looking for information, please contact me at nicoledeane@hotmail.com. Thanks.

That's not true. Paradise Island is FULL of spring breakers, even the Atlantis. I was just there. The security tries pretty hard to keep them in check, but it's crowded and the pools can even get a little rowdy.
RIU is packed with HUGE groups of kids, and so is the old Holiday Inn. I couldn't wait to leave. Not a relaxing vacation.
