I am trying to obtain information about New providence, Bahamas for a project for my 6 year old daughter and i can't find none of the coat of alms of the Bahama Islands. I think that there should be some history of the Bahamas on the internet every thing is basicly pertaining to vaction for tourist.
I all so think that we need to begin investments on the family islands that they too may sell and that the traffic situation would be resolved somewhat. The islanders would not have to come to Nassau to find work because the islands would have big hotels, guest house and time sharing as in Nassau and subdivisions can be built on these island to support and house the residence there.
I was born on the island on New Providence and so were my children and i am afraid that when they would have reach the age of accountablility and decide to make a life for themselves they won't have any where to do that. Please think about the future, our children. Make the islands work so that instead of the children migrating to the USA they will probably consider one of the Islands. Thank you and please update our web site.
