looking for advice..wanting to relax/golf/beach. we're concerned that we'll not find the temperature quite warm enough in jan/feb ?? or is this a myth ?? so, how is it ? thanks !!

Well, that depends on where you are coming from. Personally, I do not swim much in January because I like to swim when it is real HOT, like in July and August.

However, everybody I know who comes from New York, Chicago, Tornoto or any place that is freezing cold in January or February, finds the weather here quite "perfect" at that time of year.

It is ideal for golfing, or relaxing and getting a little sun on the beach (careful... wear sunscreen!).

And unless you are from a very warm climate, I am sure you will find swimming quite enjoyable.
