We are travelling from Nassau to the Viva Fortune on Grand Bahama Island with our two boys, ages 1 and 3. What would be the easiest (and pref cheap) form of travel?

Unless you have your own boat, or a charter boat, you would need to fly from Nassau to Grand Bahama.

Bahamasair flies that route, as well as numerous air charter companies.

I'd fly Bahamasair.
