We are due to come to The Bahama Club Sept 27th. How did they fare in the hurricane? We have been unable to contact them, and wonder if we should cancel our travel plans.

I am assuming that you meant the Bahama Beach Club in Treasure Cay, Abaco. Excellent place!

Unfortunately, Abaco was hit VERY hard by hurricane Frances. The Marsh Harbour Airport is not functional due to flooding.

The Treasure Cay airport, however, is already back open.

I have just spoken with a representative of the hotel who informs me that they will be closed for two weeks. When they re-open, the week of the 20th, they will be fully functional and ready for guests.
