I own land in Great Exuma, Bahama Sound #4. I understand there is no development, and hasn't been for many years, although dirt roads have cut through the area and the airport is a few miles away. Bahama Sounds #11 has electricity....how do we in Bahama Sound #4 get electricity/water/plumbing etc in the area in order to build a community there?
