Hi, I am very interested in a possible purchase of a lot in Columbus Landing. My questions are, how fast is the area developing? What damage if any has the last round of hurricanes left on the island? If anyone has updated overheads or pics of columbus landing and surrounding area that would be great. Also, how many turists actually visit San Sal on a yearly basis?

Is pigeon creek clear to the Atlantic or is it impassible with a 15-17' with outboard?
