Hi,

I have purchased ocean front property in Rainbow Bay, Eleuthera and I dream of building a house when I can afford it! Can anyone tell me (ballpark) how expensive it is to build? i.e. $100/200/300 per sq ft for a small beach cottage that is good quality but not elaborate?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
