Plans Underway For Project Potcake Campaign

A mass spay and neuter campaign targeting as many as 2,000 stray dogs a week could be on the cards for New Providence.

Animal rights activists are eagerly awaiting approval from for Project Potcake, a proposal organised in conjunction with American non-profit group Animal Balance.

The organisation sends its own vets to countries with stray animal problems to perform the operations free of charge.
