At National Geographic, many photographers are using the fruits of their labors to advocate for conservation.
Photographer Brian Skerry has launched a five-year project to chronicling oceans in an effort to push for more conservationist measures. “Many of us are invested in telling stories about the environment. But at the end of the day we love the rush, and love getting the pictures.”
