On May 7th the voters will decide whether the FNM government has made well-planned futuristic decisions resulting in a prosperous economy, or knee jerking decisions that have resulted in chaos.

The fact remains that if the proposed dredging takes place in the park, it will destroy much that makes it a park, the reef, the sand dunes, the nursery for young conch, crawfish and fish. Some have said that I don’t believe in the development of the Park. This is not so. But at this stage “development” must be defined.
Everyone knows that there is a continuous struggle between “environment” and “development.” There must be give and take. That is the rule of thumb. But the destruction of a national treasure for one man’s pleasure is, to say the least, a stretch.
