The Ministry of Public Works and Transport advises the public of the progress of the New Providence Road Improvement Project.
The Ministry of Public Works and Transport is installing sidewalks on Madeira Street and some nearby side streets in the Palmdale area.
Beginning November 23 until the end of November, night-time paving will take place on Bay Street between 7 pm to 6 am.

As of Friday, November 4, 2011 the road closure on Prince Charles Drive between Beatrice Avenue and Garden Road will be extended to Wilson Way (the corner near Kentucky Fried Chicken). Motorists are advised to follow the diversion signs that are posted.
The eastbound lane of Robinson Road between Baillou Hill Road and First Street is closed to allow the installation of underground utilities at the junction of First Street and Robinson Road.
