ARTIST'S STATEMENT:
I was born in Thun, Switzerland. Before twenty years of age I moved to New York where I was able to study art and peoples way of life. Spending a lot of my time in museums has opened my way of thinking to many different cultures (observing the interchange of cultures and people). Thinking of how I would make it seen by using form and colours. Especially in painting by building up layers of colours on top of each other. That way of working went also for my sculpture. 

One of my favourite forms in painting and sculpturing is the wave of patters, using geometry as a confrontation. Everything is flowing (changing), seen or not seen with out natural eyes. The only sure thing is change.
