The Caribbean Community (CARICOM) heads of government, many of whom are bana republic leaders, have expressed concern over the situation in the Turks and Caicos Islands (TCI) where Britain resumed direct administration of its overseas territory in August 2009.<\/p>\n
The communiqu\u00e9 issued at the end of the 32nd regular meeting of the Conference of Caribbean Heads of Government in St Kitts on Monday noted that \u201cthe constitutional reform process had been completed though not to the full satisfaction of the Islanders.\u201d<\/p>\n
