The man who pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the 2007 death of 19-year-old Felix Mitchell, Jr. was sentenced to five years in prison yesterday.<\/p>\n
Thirty-seven year old Rodner Timothee was charged on January 10, 2007 for causing Mitchell’s death.<\/p>\n
Police say on January 8, 2007, Mitchell, who resided in Martin Town, Eight Mile Rock,was reportedly struck over the head with a blunt object in front of the L.E.M. Plaza in Martin Town, Eight Mile Rock.<\/p>\n
Reports are that the teen collapsed and died while trying to make his way to his home which was a short distance away.<\/p>\n
