A 23-year-old woman and her boyfriend have been formally charged with the hit-and-run murder of the woman’s ex-lover.<\/p>\n
The death of 23-year-old Markenson Justin, who initially appeared to be the victim of a hit and run accident, has now been classified as murder. Police have charged Coletor Johnson and 32-year-old Glinton Louis, both of whom will\u00a0 spend the next three months at Her Majesty’s Prison until their preliminary inquiry (PI).<\/p>\n
According to police, officers from the Central Detective Unit and the Traffic Department were called to the scene of the accident on Explorer’s Way near East Atlantic Drive around 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 12.<\/p>\n
They were not required to enter a plea to the charge and, after their lawyer made a request for bail, the magistrate advised the couple that she had no jurisdiction to grant bail, but they could make an application to the Supreme Court.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
