The bodies of a young girl in her pajamas and a woman believed to be her mother were found floating in the Harbour at Prince George Wharf yesterday.<\/p>\n
The bodies were discovered in water behind the new upscale shopping plaza Elizabeth on Bay at around 7:30am Tuesday.<\/p>\n
Police have not yet determined the cause of death and the victims have not been identified. However, The Tribune newspaper reported that a well-placed source suggested it was a mother and daughter and that it may have been a murder, suicide.<\/p>\n
The woman appeared to be in her early 30’s and the girls is estimated be around 8-10 years-old.<\/p>\n
No visible injuries were apparent on either of the victims as they were pulled from the water in front of a small group of tourists and onlookers.<\/p>\n
