{"id":11714,"date":"2011-09-08T09:30:44","date_gmt":"2011-09-08T13:30:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bahamasb2b.com\/news\/?p=11714"},"modified":"2011-09-08T09:30:44","modified_gmt":"2011-09-08T13:30:44","slug":"witness-no-show-jeopardizes-trail","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bahamasb2b.com\/news\/2011\/09\/witness-no-show-jeopardizes-trail","title":{"rendered":"Witness No-Show Jeopardizes Trail"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A\u00a0 Supreme Court judge has given prosecutors a final chance to bring their witnesses forward in the case against a man accused of injuring a toddler in a drive-by shooting last year.<\/p>\n<p>Renardo Minnis, 21, is accused of three counts of possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life in the June 14, 2010 shooting at a Pinewood Gardens car wash that injured Tyson Deveaux and Anthon Whyms, who was shot in the head.\u00a0 He is also accused of endangering the life of Anthon\u2019s mother, Abigail Whyms.<\/p>\n<p>Justice Vera Watkins empaneled the jury on Monday. However, none of the complainants have appeared for the trial.<\/p>\n<p>Linda Evans is the prosecutor and V.
