Blu Restaurant, Bar &amp; Lounge opened two weeks ago in Bay Street&#8217;s Elizabeth on Bay Plaza.<\/p>\n<p>The restaurant features a menu that offers a fresh, updated selection of slow-cooked, flavor drenched Mediterranean classics.<\/p>\n<p>In an interview with The Tribune Blu&#8217;s sales and marketing manager, Shannon Bruce said, &#8220;Our main goal was to create, first and foremost, a restaurant that offers phenomenal cuisine and a venue for people to come to at any time &#8211; lunch, late at night, Sunday afternoon &#8211; and also to cater to corporate clients.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The two-storey restaurant overlooking the harbour, targets both locals and tourists.
