The boat owners said their friend, Sosa-Ruiz, took the boat and left behind a van, which his sister had loaned him two weeks ago, and a note, which wrote he had to leave due to a &#8220;death warrant,&#8221; the Sentinel reported.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Authorities say a Texan man suspected of killing his wife, shot himself aboard a stolen boat as the Coast Guard approached.
