The Democratic National Alliance has released a video that allegedly infringes on the rights of a U.S. R&B artist.<\/p>\n

With all the trouble that the Bahamas has had with copyright infringement, you’d think politicians, especially lawyer\/politicians would know better.<\/p>\n

Apparently not.<\/p>\n

The Democratic National Alliance (DNA) has released a video selling its self-appointed leader, Bran McCartney, as something more than a politician.<\/p>\n

Indeed.\u00a0 He is also possibly an intellectual property thief.<\/p>\n

The video starts with “homey” pictures of Mr McCartney against a musical background allegedly stolen from American R&B singer John Legend’s song “If You’re Out There”.<\/p>\n

The song is from the album ‘Evolver”, released in 2008.<\/p>\n
