Profile Document<\/a><\/p>\n This one-day workshop will identify types and causes of conflict, conflict resolution styles, resolving client conflicts, and how company policies and procedures can increase safety and reduce conflict at work.<\/p>\n By the end of this session, participants will be able to:<\/p>\n \u2022 Identify types and causes of conflict.
