The list of events will delight tourists and residents of Eleuthera and other family Island residents with ties to Eleuthera are encouraged to participate. \u00a0 The events are focused around family and fun and the goal is for everyone to \u201cconnect their inner soul to Eleuthera.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"lightbox\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bahamasb2b.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/jammin.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-20715\" style=\"margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px;\" title=\"jammin\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bahamasb2b.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/jammin.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"257\" height=\"320\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bahamasb2b.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/jammin.jpg 576w, https:\/\/www.bahamasb2b.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/jammin-120x150.jpg 120w, https:\/\/www.bahamasb2b.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/04\/jammin-200x250.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 257px) 100vw, 257px\" \/><\/a>There is something for everyone during this weekend!\u00a0 On Friday afternoon, a 3 hour \u201cWelcome Party\u201d kicks off at 4 pm at The Beach House in Governor\u2019s Harbour with focus on the beach environment and well-known artist Barbara de Vries who transforms beach trash and plastic into jewelry and clothing accessories will be featured.\u00a0 The following day on Saturday , one can tour the Island with a North Loop Tour or a South Loop Tour.<\/p>\n<p>Later, at Bay Front Park in Governor\u2019s Harbour, there is the \u201cOne Eleuthera Cultural Expos\u00e9,\u201d a heritage festival like no other that starts at noon and ends at midnight and will be filled with lots of exciting activities and entertainment. The One Eleuthera Foundation will also be launched. On Sunday , Earth Day, the Leon Levy Native Plant Preserve will be the main focus for the first part of the day where you can immerse yourself in nature. Gospel singer, Brendalee Petty will entertain while well-known Bahamian Artist, Antonius Roberts will sculpt with the Casaurina wood.\u00a0 Guided tours and brunch is available. On the final event, you can join in a worldwide initiative called \u201cPicnic for The Planet\u201d that will take place on Receiver\u2019s Beach in Governor\u2019s Harbour to celebrate Earth Day.\u00a0 More information on the weekend\u2019s events is available at www.oneeleuthera.org<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJammin\u2019 for Nature \u2013 Earth Day Weekend\u201d &#8211; Event #1 begins on Friday, April 20th \u00a0 from 4:00 p.m. \u2013 7:00 p.m. with the \u201cWelcome Party at The Beach House. \u201d<\/p>\n<p>Join The Nature Conservancy and One Eleuthera for the official Welcome Party of Jammin\u2019 for Nature. The Beach House, nestled on one of Eleuthera\u2019s most spectacular beaches, will serve tapas, wine and cocktails.
