That phase is expected to be completed in the next few weeks.<\/p>\n<p>The second phase will focus on offshore breakwaters. This is intended to provide protection for future snorkeling and other water based activities, Mr Pier said.\u00a0 The second phase is expected to be completed by the end of the year.<\/p>\n<p>Once these works have been completed, sand will be progressively introduced to provide a continuous beach, similar to that of the 1970&#8217;s.
