Ingraham accused Major of going back on his word.<\/p>\n<p>In the farewell speech, Ingraham traced his political career and highlighted various accomplishments during the 15 years he served as prime minister.<\/p>\n<p>He also again accepted responsibility for his party\u2019s recent loss at the polls.<\/p>\n<p>Ingraham also thanked Bahamians for electing him prime minister three non-consecutive times and the people of Abaco for their support over more than three decades.<\/p>\n<p>He added: \u201cI thoroughly enjoyed myself in office.
