\nCalling last years’ attempt to ammend the constitution of the Bahamas, to include gender equality, an “ungodly proposal”, Ms. Russell goes on to say that the overburdoned Bahamian court system is due to extradition requests from the United States. <\/p>\n
\nComparing the legal systems of the Bahamas and the United States, Ms Russell reminds readers that the Bahamian system is one where the accused is “innocent until proven guilty,” implying that the US has some other system. <\/p>\n
