Hulan Hanna, Emerson Macintosh, a 16-year-old resident of the island was returning a relative&#8217;s boat to the dock following a trip to Treasure Cay shortly after 9pm Saturday. <P><br \/>\nOn it&#8217;s way to the dock, his boat somehow collided with Mr. Todd, who was aboard an 8ft dinghy. Both men fell into the water.<P><br \/>\nAfter Mr. Todd failed to resurface, concerned residents dived in and pulled his body out of the water. He had suffered lacerations to the forehead.
