The drugs had a street value of $2 million.<br \/>\n<P><br \/>\nThe man was taken into custody and his boat was seized. He is expected to be arraigned in court later this week.<br \/>\n<P><br \/>\nThe second incident took place between 4pm and 6pm on Saturday when OPBAT officers on routine patrol noticed a suspicious go-fast boat near Ragged Island.
