Barrie Farrington said that when Labour Minister Vincent Peet said that negotiations were at a critical stage, he consulted the prime minister.<br \/>\n<P><br \/>\nMr. Christie met the union on Monday night and the employers on Tuesday morning.<br \/>\n<P><br \/>\nThere is still no clear indication when these negotiations will end.
