Attendees will hear from an array of notable speakers derived from the tourism, financial, communications, industrial, transportation and labour sectors. <\/P><\/p>\n<p><P>Speakers include: Obie Wilchcombe, Minister of Tourism; Leon Williams, Senior Vice President of Operations &#038; Chief Operating Officer, Bahamas Telecommunications Company Limited; Captain Randy Robb, Port Director, Grand Bahama Airport Company; Dr. Doswell Coakley, Director, <\/P><\/p>\n<p><P>Grand Bahama Chamber of Commerce; Economist, Zhivargo Laing; Dr. Baltron Bethel, C.M.G., Deputy Chairman &#038; Managing Director Hotel Corporation of The Bahamas; Paul Major, Managing Director, Bahamasair; Don Major, Assistant General Manager, BAIC; Attorney Rawson McDonald; and Lanelle Cole, District Manager, Northern Bahamas, HG Christie Ltd. Real Estate. <\/P><\/p>\n<p><P>&#8220;We&#8217;re always proud of the cadre of speakers our seminars attract,&#8221; adds Mrs. Albury. &#8220;They are always very knowledgeable and well respected as authorities within their fields.&#8221; <\/P><\/p>\n<p><P>Along with Grand Bahamian residents, organisers are inviting businesspersons from throughout The Bahamas to attend the March seminar. &#8220;We&#8217;ve deliberately scheduled the speakers within a reasonable time frame,&#8221; Albury explains. &#8220;The seminar begins promptly at 9a.m. and concludes at 3p.m., allowing out of town guests to be able to travel and attend, all within a working day.&#8221; <\/P><\/p>\n<p><P>Sponsors for the Freeport edition are the Grand Bahama Port Authority; Freeport Oil Company Holdings Ltd; British American Insurance; BaTelCo; and American Bridge Bahamas Ltd. <\/P><\/p>\n<p><P>The &#8216;Business Outlook&#8217; seminars began 13 years ago in New Providence, with this year&#8217;s Nassau edition drawing hundreds in January under the theme &#8220;Looking Out For Global Opportunities&#8221;.
