The article is about foreigners being ripped off, primarily by lawyers, in land purchases based on worthless deeds.<br \/>\n<P><br \/>\nBut what about Bahamian citizens with clear title to their land? Because of &#8216;dodgy&#8217; court games and indisputably unethical lawyers, I have had a rogue tenant in my commercial building for three years who hasn&#8217;t paid a dime of rent.<br \/>\n<P><br \/>\nDespite having been legally evicted, the rogue tenant has employed the services of &#8216;dodgy&#8217; lawyers and compromised judges to manipulate the legal system, allowing him to stay in the building against all logic and the rule of law.<br \/>\n<P><br \/>\nMy constitutional rights are being violated and my rights as a property owner are being trampled on. And this is strictly due to corruption in the court system and unethical lawyers.<br \/>\n<P><br \/>\nThe problem is bigger than The Tribune article indicates.
