Philip Moxey, who is attached to the Intelligence Unit of the Drug Enfocement Unit.<br \/>\n<P><br \/>\nMr. Moxey claimed he had received information concerning the exchange between Knowles and the officer &#8220;from an informant who called the Intelligence Unit and had the voice of a male&#8221;.<br \/>\n<P><br \/>\nThe allegations concerned not only the officver&#8217;s involvement and sale of drugs to Knowles, but also the alleged crediting of cocaine to a&#8221; shady character&#8221; by another Defence Force officer.<br \/>\n<P><br \/>\nThe Commission heard the officer credited several kilos of cocaine to one Chucker Thompson.
