Dale hepburn, appeared in magistrate&#8217;s Court for the opening of the preliminary inquiry into the matter yesterday.<br \/>\n<P><br \/>\nThe 28-year-old had been arraigned before Magistrate Linda Virgill on November 5 and was charged with murder.<br \/>\n<P><br \/>\nHe was not required to enter a plea at the arraignment.<br \/>\n<P><br \/>\nThe police allege that Rodriguez intentionally caused the death of the 42-year-old SC McPherson teacher who was found by her neighbour lying in a pool of blood in her home.
