{"id":246579,"date":"2005-02-17T10:33:07","date_gmt":"2005-02-17T15:33:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bahamasb2b.com\/news\/2005\/02\/bozine-town-extension-nearing-end"},"modified":"2005-02-17T10:33:07","modified_gmt":"2005-02-17T15:33:07","slug":"bozine-town-extension-nearing-end","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bahamasb2b.com\/news\/2005\/02\/bozine-town-extension-nearing-end","title":{"rendered":"Bozine Town Extension Nearing End"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Bozine Town residents may have to face the land developers staking claim to their homes at the end of February, it was revealed yesterday.<br \/>\n<P><br \/>\nAs the residents of the area face the end of their final extension they are distressed that Attorney General Alfred Sears has yet to make a decision on the controversial issue.<br \/>\n<P><br \/>\nThey were granted a month&#8217;s extension in their land dispute case with the Harrold Road Land Development Company in November of last year and a second one in December which expired in January.<\/p>\n<p><P>The struggle began when residents in October 2004, received letters from the Lockhart and Munroe law firm saying that its client the Harrold Road Land Development Company (LANDCO) had been granted certificates of title to property between Bozine Town and Harrold Road.
