Hit-and-run drivers are literally getting away with murder.

Part of the problem is due to insurance companies like Security and General who refuse to pull the policies of drivers who have engaged in this barbaric practice.

Security and General is the insurance company for the driver of the red truck that smashed into another vehicle on Bay Street and sped off. Despite concrete evidence that the truck and it’s owner were responsible for the hit-and-run, Security and General has done nothing in the way of compensating the victim or revoking the driver’s policy. Police are pursuing charges against the driver.

Some question if companies like Security and General are really in the insurance business at all.

Irresponsible and unethical insurance companies are a problem for the financial services industry. Their actions are cause for the concerns regarding money laundering by some insurance companies in the Bahamas.

{"facebook_10223285771444175_51037792744":"
[12

post-246762","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-headlines
["GET
