His new position at the Port Authority will be effective from June 1, 2005. <\/P><\/p>\n<p><P>According to a statement released by the Port Authority principals: <\/P><\/p>\n<p><P>&#8220;Mr Francis brings a wealth of international managerial skills and administrative expertise to the Port Authority.
