Others with holding tanks find their rainwater supplies running low. <\/P><\/p>\n<p><P>&#8220;It&#8217;s a crisis situation,&#8221; said one American home-howner, &#8220;some people are thinking of leaving the island because of the lack of water.&#8221; <\/P><\/p>\n<p><P><b>Residents Request Assistance<\/b><\/P><\/p>\n<p><P>Harbour Island depends on wells in North Eleuthera for water, but a two-year drought has taken its toll.
