A three-month old child and a pregnant woman are dead following two separate car accidents over the weekend, one in Nassau and the other in Grand Bahama.<\/P><\/p>\n
Both tragic collisions occurred when the cars hit stationary objects.<\/P><\/p>\n
Baby Oscar Rolle Jr. lost his life at 7:15pm Saturday in the New Providence car crash.<\/P><\/p>\n
Police reported that the child was a passenger in the vehicle when it suddenly veered off the road and crashed into a house on Beatrice Avenue.<\/P><\/p>\n
It is unknown who was driving the car at the time of why the driver lost control.<\/P><\/p>\n
Police are also investigating a car crash that occurred on Friday evening on Grand Bahama and claimed the life of a pregnant woman and her unborn child and seriously injured two of her family members.<\/P><\/p>\n
According to press liason Bahamas Supt. Basil Rahming, 35-year-old Semyre Pierre, who was several months pregnant died when the vehicle she was in hit a tree.<\/P><\/p>\n
