Police said they arrested three men in the Oakes Field area on Monday for possession of an unlicensed firearm. <\/p>\n
According to Police Inspector Walter Evans, officers observed the men acting suspiciously while in a gray coloured Dodge Neon vehicle in the area of Kentucky Fried Chicken on Carter Street.<\/p>\n
It was then that officers approached the vehicle and proceeded to conduct a search, Mr. Evans said<\/p>\n
They reportedly discovered a .22 Smith and Wesson revolver with five live rounds of ammunition under the rear seat of the car.<\/p>\n
All of the men were taken into police custody and investigations continue.<\/p>\n
