{"id":248379,"date":"2005-12-20T10:35:05","date_gmt":"2005-12-20T15:35:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bahamasb2b.com\/news\/2005\/12\/police-injured-during-high-speed-chase"},"modified":"2005-12-20T10:35:05","modified_gmt":"2005-12-20T15:35:05","slug":"police-injured-during-high-speed-chase","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bahamasb2b.com\/news\/2005\/12\/police-injured-during-high-speed-chase","title":{"rendered":"Police Injured During High-Speed Chase"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Two police officers were rushed to hospital on Monday morning after suffering injuries following a high-speed chase, police reported.  <\/p>\n<p>Police said that around 9am officers noticed a white Nissan Sentra traveling at a high rate of speed. <\/p>\n<p>It was reported that the car proceeded into the Balfour Avenue and Podoleo Street area and the occupants of the vehicle stepped out and started firing several shots at the officers. <\/p>\n<p>This reportedly resulted in the officers rear-ending a silver Mitsubishi vehicle.
